Quick overview: Performed an upgrade from CUCMBE 7.0.1-11000-2 to 7.0.2-10000-1 yesterday. Everything went smoothly with the upgrade itself. It took just under three hours to complete the upgrade which seemed to be a little longer than expected but we didn’t encounter any errors. We didn’t perform a reboot at that time.
