Howto: Add a custom ringtone to Unified Communications Manager (Callmanager)

The following applies to Unified Communications Manager versions 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x

Adding a custom ringtone to Unified Communications Manager (Callmanager) 6 or greater requires three steps.
